Our Painting Project Manager, Ever Guevara, will meet with our client to confirm desired outcomes and color selections.

Prepare Job Site

Mask and cover the project area. Including but not limited to; light fixtures, appliances, furniture, and floors.

Move any furniture, home items, remove pictures and wall decorations, light plates, nails in the drywall, etc.

Remove

Spray a small amount of water on the wallpaper for easy removal. Remove and Scrape all of the wallpaper off.

Repair

Thoroughly inspect the walls for any damage and/or nail holes, and repair damage to drywall.

Skim Coat

Apply a light skim coat layer with a drywall mud/joint compound.

Sand

Sand after applying a layer of skim coating. Sand to a smooth consistency, removing any flaws.

A smooth level 5 finish can be completed if the client desires a smooth finish.

Texture

Apply a texture to the walls, if the client desires.

Ex: knockdown, orange peel texture

Prime & Paint

Apply a layer of primer to the walls, and after paint the ceiling (2 coats)

Clean

Clean up the project site to remove any tools, dirt, trash, and debris.
