FACTORS THAT CAN INCREASE PRICE QUOTE:
- Additional spaces (home office, flex spaces, home theatre, bedrooms, bathrooms) not noted in the booking process
- Significant amount of trash present which takes time for our teams to clear and dispose of it in order to clean thoroughly
- Dirtiness level (construction dust/debris, pet hair, dirtiness level in the home.
