For this Manor, TX rental renovation, our goal was to create a modern, clean, and move-in-ready home that would appeal to future tenants while staying within a practical budget. This project included a complete interior refresh, flooring updates, exterior improvements, and a detailed final cleaning.

We began by removing outdated laminate and linoleum flooring and preparing the subfloor for a durable tile installation. The new tile was installed throughout the home and finished with dark gray “Pewter” grout to create a modern look with added contrast.

  • How many years of experience does your company have?

    Before we were Guevara Painting & Cleaning Services, our family worked assubcontractors for many of our competitors in the Austin area. We have 15 years ofexperience in the painting industry. Working for other companies, we were able to see exactly what we wanted for our business and customers and set out to open our own family-owned business.

  • Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

    Texas doesn't require painting contractors to be licensed. However, Guevara Painting & Cleaning Services is a Texas registered LLC. We are bonded in accordance with Texas state contractor requirements. Our insurance included general business coverage, with General Liability and Worker's Compensation policies.

  • Do you have any references?

    Yes, references/customer testimonials are available on our yelp, google, and thumbtackpage.

  • Do you require a deposit or down payment?

    We don't require a deposit or a down payment to schedule your painting project. However, after we have agreed on a start date, our team will send you a contract between both parties. The contract will state our liabilities, warranty, painting schedule,and payment schedule. We do require 50% of the payment when our team arrives, prior to beginning any work.

  • Will I receive a detailed, written estimate?

    Yes, we will email a thorough detailed estimate to you within 24-48 hours after the initial estimate. This ensures we have adequate time to be detailed as possible.

  • Do you offer a warranty?

    TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Guevara Painting & Cleaning Services Warrants against peeling and blistering due to defective workmanship for two years from the date the job is completed. This warranty is transferrable to new owners. Doors have a one-year warranty. The following are not covered by this warranty: caulk, galvanized metal, any items due to your home shifting or settling (tape & bed seams, nail pops), rust, mildew, decks or floor surfaces, existing substrate adhesion failure (ex. Acoustic ceiling, wallpaper, paint, textures, etc.), and interior or exterior moisture damage. Please note. the customer is responsible for maintenance on all paintwork. The business is solely responsible for defective workmanship.
