Manor TX House Painting

about this project

This Manor, TX rental renovation was designed to deliver a modern, budget-conscious update, making the home fully ready for new tenants. Our team completed a top-to-bottom renovation including: interior painting (ceiling, walls, trim and doors), removal of flooring, installation of tile and new baseboards, and a new fence installed.

We began by removing outdated laminate and linoleum flooring and prepping the subfloor for durable, budget-friendly tile installation. The new tile was installed throughout the home and finished with dark gray “Pewter” grout to add depth and a stylish contrast.

All old baseboards were replaced with clean-lined, modern trim to complement the updated flooring. New window treatments were added with cost-effective blinds from Home Depot, completing the interior look.

Outside, we replaced a collapsing fence with a secure, brand-new exterior fence to restore structural integrity and enhance curb appeal.

For the interior, we applied a full top-to-bottom paint update using Sherwin Williams Accessible Beige on the walls and Sherwin Williams Extra White on all trim and doors, creating a crisp, modern contrast.

The project was completed with a meticulous deep clean, leaving the property move-in ready and photo-ready for rental listings.
