We like to be upfront about the cost for our cleaning service. However in most cases, we are giving prices upfront either online or over the phone. Therefore, we do not know of a home's condition until we arrive. In certain situations, prices are subject to change based on a home's specs or condition, we will inform you of this before we charge your card on file.
FACTORS THAT CAN INCREASE PRICE QUOTE:

  • Additional spaces (home office, flex spaces, home theatre, bedrooms, bathrooms) not noted in the booking process
  • Significant amount of trash present which takes time for our teams to clear and dispose of it in order to clean thoroughly
  • Dirtiness level (construction dust/debris, pet hair, dirtiness level in the home.
